Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

For all products cancelled and/or returned, you will be given a credit for the same amount you have already paid. A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.

Credit cards: Refunds are done back to the credit card account itself.
Net banking: Refunds are done to the bank account you made the payment from.
Cash On Delivery: Refunds are done in the form of cheque, which will be delivered to your billing address.

How are the refunds processed?

  • Once your refund complaint is processed the customer care team will inform you by email
  • A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.
  • If payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement.
  • If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.
  • If payment is done using either Cash on delivery then the amount is refunded in the form of cheque, which will be delivered to the billing address.

    Non refundable products

    There are certain products which cannot be returned, these include: Flowers, Chocolates, Cakes, Dry fruits, Vegetables, Food, Other perishable items, Lingerie, innerwear, accessories, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items. We advise you not to accept delivery of such products that are damaged or not-as-described by the seller. Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned. In case of you receiving spoiled or damaged products you must call or drop in a mail within 2 days on receipt of your product so we can help resolve the problem.

    Return Policy

    How to return a product

    For products that are defective, damaged, or 'not-as-described':

  • Please call or drop in a mail at within 2 days on receipt of your product
  • Kindly provide your name, email ID, telephone or mobile number and order ID for registering your complaint
  • Please return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of registering your complaint.
  • Please contact the customer care immediately if you are unable to return the item within 7 days. You may get another 3-5 days if the reason is genuine, however failing to return within 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned adhering to our return/refund policy.
